I am a Lecturer at the Department of Economics at the University of Essex. My teaching experience covers the core modules of economics for diverse cohorts, including Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Econometrics and some Financial Modules (Corporate Finance).

My research is in the field of organizational economics, with a focus on the problem of setting right incentives in organizations and using promotion to sharpen incentives in organizations.
